Come along and sing with the
Ash Tree Choir!
All ages and ALL abilities are welcome to our singing group. We are a friendly, informal bunch of cheery voices that cross age gaps to bring the community together every Tuesday evening.
We sing easy songs and rounds, putting in harmonies from time to time. We'll use material from Britain, America, Africa, and the repertoire will range from trad to pop; from classical to modern. You do NOT have to read music, or be a good singer - just give it a try and see if you enjoy it.
Adelaide has taught choirs for 4 years, and is trained in music, ethnomusicology, music education and she is also a singer/songwriter. Her CV is on this website if you'd like to find out more. A lot of the music you'll sing might be arranged or tweaked by her to make it easier or more fun.
